In Loving Memory of
Joel Normand St-Denis
The family grieves the loss of our dear son and brother, Joel St-Denis. Joel was born in Timmins on December 18, 1987 and died suddenly on November 6, 2019. Joel loved fishing and the outdoors. His greatest passions were his love for our Lord and Saviour Christ Jesus, his faithful four-legged companion of 11 years, Thor whom he adored, and music. Joel was not afraid nor ashamed of sharing the Gospel with anyone who would listen. Music was life to Joel. He was an amazing drummer and overall musician. He loved a wide range of musical styles but had a special place in his heart for worship music to praise God. He was so proud and humbled to be included from time to time in church worship during services, community events and youth rallies such as the Winter Run.
Joel will be dearly missed by his parents, Suzie & Eugene St. Jean, his brothers, Roch St-Denis and Louis St.Jean, and his sister Lucie St. Jean; his grandparents, Normand and Rita Beaudry, his nephews: Leelan & Rome St-Denis & his niece, Myra St-Denis. He will also be dearly missed by his aunts and uncles: Michelle & Patrick Seguin, Normand & Chantal Beaudry; Lucille Seguin, Claude, Leoanard & Ivon St.Jean. Also survived by his father, Richard St- Denis and uncles, Jean Guy, Luc, Gilles, Ronald and Claude St-Denis and numerous cousins and great aunts and uncles. He leaves behind some dear friends, especially Jennifer Callegari, Jordan Harrell and Mario Dussault.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to YOUTH UNLIMITED will be greatly appreciated. (Cheques payable to CTYFC). Visitation will occur at The Bible Fellowship Assembly on Friday November 15, 2019, between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm and followed by a Celebration of life and reception.
