CHYPYHA, David Charles
May 31, 1961- April 28, 2020
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of David Chypyha of Toronto, ON. David is survived by his loving daughter Michelle (Jamie), son Robbie and siblings, Pamela, Michael, James, and Thomas (Natalie). Also left to mourn are numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. David was predeceased by his parents Nick & Sonia Chypyha and cherished sister, Wende Davidson. David was a union plumber by trade who worked on many of the biggest high-rise projects in the Toronto area. David was very much a free spirit in life and was happiest when he was surrounded by family. David was an ardent golfer and could be found on many mornings and evenings with family and friends at the Lakeview Golf and Country Club. His golf game was never deterred by the weather. If David wasn’t working, riding his bike, or at the golf course, he could be found on the waterfront simply enjoying life. Due to COVID-19, an inurnment shall be arranged at a future date. Donations to the Heart & Stroke foundations would be greatly appreciated.
