It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jean-Paul Larabie on Thursday February 23, 2023, at the age of 74.
Jean-Paul is survived by his loving wife Angella Breton. He is also survived by his 3 children Jason (Bonnie Lamadeleine, Kimberley (David Brown) and Renee (Simon Todd), and his stepchildren Marc Bouchard (Marlene) and Chantal Bouchard (Paul). Grandfather to Damen, Meaghan, Scarlett, Owen, step-grandfather to Daniel, and great-grandfather to Ash.
Jean-Paul will be sadly missed by his siblings, Richard, Ronald (Jeanette Obomsawin), Gilles (Theresane Wood), Lucille (Thomas Bulloch), Monique (Richard Backs), Claire, Ginette (Martin Roche) and by his sister in-law Gisele Larabie. Uncle to many nieces & nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews and great-great- nieces & great-great-nephews.

 He was predeceased by his parents Rene & Fleurette Larabie and by his sibling's brother Maurice, sister Nicole and by his brother-in-law Robert Allarie,
Survived by his in-laws Gilles (Judy), Mariette (Alex), Claudia, Victoria, Laura (Paul Gervais). Predeceased by Robert Breton.
In lieu of flowers the family welcomes donations to the Kidney Foundation as an expression of sympathy.
A special thank you, to the Timmins District Hospital and to all the doctors and the nurses for the special care and their compassion.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday March 1st, 2023, at L'Assemble de la Pentecote Church, 30 Spruce St N., Timmins.
A Graveside burial will be held at a later date at Notre-Dame Cemetery in Ottawa.
