The family announces with sorrow the passing of Mary surrounded by family at the Timmins and District Hospital on Thursday September 28th, 2023.

Beloved wife of Marvin Frew for over 34 years.

Cherished mother of Karl (Tamara) Cuthbert, Anthony (Kathy) Cuthbert, Kal Cuthbert Sr., and his son Kal (Ileana Zuech) Cuthbert, as well as James (Karyn) Frew, Sara Frew (Steve), and Cathy (Clayton) Watson. Loving grandmother of numerous grandchildren.

She is survived by her siblings, Greg (Darlene) Hall, Daphney Smith, Tim (Sue) Hall and by her sister-in-law Gloria Hall.
Predeceased by her brother John Hall and by her parents Bernard and Mamie Hall.

Mary worked as a secretary at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #88 and in her later years together with Marvin became co-owners of the Old Mill Campground. She treasured her time with her family, she loved them dearly.
Donations to the South Porcupine Food Bank will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday October 3rd, 2023, at Stinson Funeral Home
