Micheal was not known for his weaknesses, but rather for his incredibly large heart and endless generosity. It is with heavy, heavy hearts that we must announce the death of our loving son, father, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend, on May 12, 2020.
The devoted and incredibly proud father of Jaxon (mother Cassandra Attard), beloved son of Nicole Godfroy and Robert (Steve) Bergeron. Micheal will be greatly missed by his sisters, Stéphanie Bergeron and Josée Bergeron (Emerson Plaunt), his grandmother Denyse Bergeron (Roger Dupuis) and his late grandfather Michel Bergeron, his aunt Guylaine Mitchell (Dale Mitchell) and cousins Christine Temple (Travis Temple), baby Everleigh and baby Delta-Rae, and Keith Mitchell (Allie Mitchell), baby Jocelyn and baby Vanna, his aunt Carole Chevrier (Norm Chevrier) and cousins Michelle Chevrier (Kenny Bentley) baby Landon (godson) and Vanessa Chevrier (Zach Garland) and baby Ellah-Rae, his aunt Michelle Bergeron (Luc Tardif) and cousins Jessica Tardif, Justin Tardif, and late baby Kevin Tardif. Predeceased by his doting grandparents Luc Godfroy and Linda Godfroy (née Lauzon). He will be fondly remembered by his aunt Brigitte Godfroy Dumouchel (Michel Dumouchel) and cousins Krystine Dumouchel and Brandon Dumouchel (Mary-Beth Pablo), his aunt Natalie Tremblay (Pierre Tremblay) and cousins Samantha Tremblay (Dustin Delguidice) and Hailee Dupérée, Daxton and Landon Delguidice and Kevin Tremblay. And lest we forget that Micheal will be forever cherished and remembered by all of his South Porcupine Brothers and loving friends.

The family would also like to add that a burial service will be held post-COVID-19 which will be announced and anyone who is unable to make it on Tuesday is welcome at that time.
The visitation suite is set up to limit shaking hands or any immediate contact. During this time the visitation will be limited to 10 people at one time. Visitors are asked to pay their respects and to acknowledge the family while maintaining social distancing. Once guests exit the visitation suite we kindly ask them to exit the funeral home to allow other guests the same opportunity. Thank you for your cooperation during this time.
