The family announces with great sorrow the passing of Roy Percy McCorriston at the Timmins and District Hospital on Monday, May 31st, 2021 at the age of 90.
Roy was a father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who lived life to the fullest. Predeceased by his parents Reginald and Mildred, his siblings John, Howard, David, and Harvey, his children Catherine, Grace, Theodore, and Kevin and his spouse Elizabeth. Survived by his half siblings James and Ann Howlett, his children Carol, Douglas, Susan Franklin, Karen, Lorri (Jim Fraser), and Blake (Chantelle), his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Roy’s dear friend Brian Emery for always being there for him. We know that morning coffee won’t be the same without him.
Thank you to all the staff at the Timmins and District Hospital for their care and compassion. At Roy’s request, there will be no funeral services. Cremation will be taking place.
